Project 13 CRQ Intersection Block

As soon as I signed up for the OMG goal for May of Elm Street Quilts I started sewing the Intersection block. With three kids I never know in advance how much crafting time I will have. And if we have warm days, we'll go on family outings on the lake.

For my quilt I needed three Intersection blocks of the Cross roads quilt. I am still in love with the colours of this quilt.
All in all I finished them quite quickly, it definitely helps that all the fabric was cut in advance. And of course this is my second CRQ. For the first version I had a very small cutting board, and the one I use now is 25 by 30 inches. What a difference good tools make.
